Product Search
There’s 2 ways to search our website: search our products or search the whole site:
On the home page, simply type the product name into ‘Search products’ and select the product from the dropdown, or view all the results of your search. You can also search the whole website on the homepage using the ‘Search website’ option.
Plus, you can use the search icon in the main menu to search the whole website from any page! Just click the icon, type in your search and hit enter:
Shop Online
Some of our products are available for quick and easy purchase online via credit or debit card. To find our shop products just click ‘Shop Online’ on the top right menu on any page and click the product you are looking for:
Click ‘Add to cart’ to start your purchase:
Our online checkout is fully secured using an SSL certificate and processed through Realex Payments (now Global Payments) payment gateway:
Book a Product Presentation
On our website, healthcare professionals now have the option to book a product presentation with one of our product specialists.
These presentations are a great way for healthcare professionals to ask in-depth questions and troubleshoot with our product presentations and keep on top of what new products are available in the market.
Product Range Overviews
To make it easy to find products, resources, articles and more specifically relating to tracheostomy, laryngectomy, dysphagia or communication aids, we have 4 overview pages to provide these all in 1 place.
You can access these pages easily in our main menu. Just hover on ‘Product Ranges’ and pick the category of products you want.
These pages also provide the option for healthcare professionals to book a product presentation with our product specialists. Soon we will be adding in Frequently Asked Questions for each of these overview pages as well to help both healthcare professionals and their clients.
Resource Library
Our website’s Resource Library includes some great freebies for healthcare professionals as well as product literature, brochures and more. It also has some useful information and guides for patients as well.
Keep an eye on this throughout the year because we are going to be adding to it constantly!
