The Humidofix HME is a heat and moisture exchanger for tracheostomy tube wearers.
The Humidofix HME is attached to the 15mm connector of a tracheostomy tube. Expired warmth and moisture are held back, conserved and applied to the inspired air. The high moisture extraction reduces the risk of encrustations in the tracheostoma.
It is discrete and low profile.
